”Exelent service, Marlene was very professional and very communicative great service.”

”This property is in the park and so you can get to the entrance by 6am when they open. The grounds are lovely as you are in the tropical forest. The first night we were there we heard howler monkeys close by and saw a Toucan (wild) and many birds. The hotel is supposedly run entirely on solar power, although that’s not something I could verify. But kudos to them. The room was very spacious for my son and I and so was the bathroom. The second night a troop of spider monkeys went by. What more can...

”The hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The service was greatly appreciated as it made our trip to Peten memorable. The road to the hotel could be improved by the town as its rocky and the drive in slowed us down. Other than that great place, quiet, and extremely comfortable ”

”Very cool and unique experience in the middle of the jungle. Lovely bungalows with hot water, large pool plus friendly and helpful staff. You can hear the animals around the place which is cool. I forgot my earings to the hotel and we were already on the way to Flores when the hostess drove after us and gave my jewellery back. Service was beyond expectation! Highly recommend this hotel!”

”Beautiful hotel on the shore of a beautiful lake. Facilities are excellent, comfortable, even too perfect. Staff is super friendly and will help all your needs. My daughters (8 and 10) ranked it in their top 3 hotels they have visited because they had so much fun, especially in the lake and pool. Very recommended.”
