”The hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The service was greatly appreciated as it made our trip to Peten memorable. The road to the hotel could be improved by the town as its rocky and the drive in slowed us down. Other than that great place, quiet, and extremely comfortable ”

”We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
We truly appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. The food was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every meal was something we looked forward to.
