”The bed sheets were dirty the air-conditioning was so loud. There was no ice in the ice machines and the breakfast was just granola bars and cookies. The staff were okay but when we asked about the air-conditioning no one replied to us. We will not stay here again unfortunately.”

”Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .”

”Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay.”

”Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time”

Upon checkout we were told that we should have reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that they were working on it at the moment so it works in some rooms, not others. No additional linens in the room and had to request extra blankets and received one. TV was not working. Upon checkout we were offered that a manager could possibly give a discount on a future stay for our troubles…we will not be returning.”

”Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.”
