”This property is not as advertised. It said lig cabin it was like a shed. It said it was private it was in the middle of a camping site. Chickens running about. No communication from staff before hand. Promised a full refund but still waiting.”

”We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful.
We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending.

”Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby.
The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower.
Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. You had to drive under 5 mph to try to retain the floor of your car. The second was...
