This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with a 35m² lawn area and is embellished with a 30m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep) and an outdoor shower. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the outdoor dinning area with natural shade by the trees. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.

This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 120m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & three en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. The living experience radiates a chic elegance and fine art marks the rooms gifting them with their unique identity.

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated at the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

The Villa is located in Violi Charaki area and close to Atsipopoulo, so as you will find anything you may need during your stay within walking distance, making it an ideal holiday choice for a car free holiday break.

Signature local taverna, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, ATM machine, butcher's shops and anything else you may need are all within walking distance from the villa. Regular bus itineraries are also available, that connect you to Rethymno city and to any where else you wish to go in Crete. There are wonderful villages around the area to explore and iconic paths that you can conquer and it is an ideal destination for visitors who wish to explore the rich cultural heritage and the natural beauties of Crete.
