Welcome to our period room—bright, airy, and filled with natural lightness.



High ceilings and large windows let in plenty of daylight, creating an open, welcoming atmosphere. Soft colors highlight the historic charm and offer a sense of space and calm. It’s a place to breathe and arrive.



We’ve intentionally chosen not to provide a TV, inviting you instead to enjoy the quiet, read a good book, or simply gaze outside—nature starts right at our doorstep. The Auszeit Room shares a fully equipped communal kitchen with two other rooms.



Our garden is always open to you. Surrounded by greenery, fresh North Sea air, and birdsong, you’ll find space to relax and take a break outdoors. Just a few steps away, the open landscape invites you for walks, mindful pauses, or active exploration.



If you’d like to add movement to your stay, you’re welcome to join: each morning starts with 30 minutes of yoga. In the evening, we offer a varied program of Qi Gong, yoga, capoeira, taiji, and taekwon do.



You can book classes flexibly on site—whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Some activities are available for an extra fee.



Wi-Fi is provided. For restful sleep, it’s switched off from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.



Our period room is a place for light, simplicity, and a true connection with nature.
