”Hotel is clean, maintained, almost new. I only stayed one night and was pleased with their services and facility. As a solo traveler I was a little weary of the area but it didn't seem shady. A few minor things: dirty towels, a little more variety in breakfast options. The beds were soft and dreamlike, unlimited hot water, no smells (biggest pet peeve)and it was quiet, just heard heavy footsteps from the room next door. Overall, I'd stay here again and recommend it to others.”

”The place is ok for a short layover, but we wouldn’t want to book this for a longer stay. Our room was quite noisy, and there’s no housekeeping. We booked a room for 4 people, but it was set for only 2, and it took us several trips to the front desk and well over an hour to get the missing bedding & towels. The pullout sofa was flimsy and uncomfortable to sleep on, even for kids.”

”Breakfast food was fineand a good choice waffel maker was great but there was no high chair which made eating with 1yr old very difficult (would have thought property would have had at least 1 high chair) , paper plates and cups and plastic cutlery -not very environmentally friendly. The swimming pool was closed for renovation this was one of the reason we had booked this hotel. Staff were ok they tried to help but information they gave was at times incorrect.”

”The best things going for this property are the proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new. We appreciated the friendly front desk associates and the shuttle driver was a safe and efficient operator, we were at the airport without delay. ”The restaurant was excellent. The experience with the hotel not so great. 1. I arrived at the hotel at 2 45 pm. It is a steep walk up 6 or so stairs to get into the hotel, which was difficult for me to get my suitcase up. No one was there. I had to sit around and wait for staff to show up which was 3:30 or so. There are no other businesses around. It is 1 and a half stories up to the first floor of rooms with several stairs. Lucky for me, the gentleman that checked me in carried the suitcase up...

”Good place to stay when you have a long layover. Close to the airport and the free shuttle provided was good however, the last shuttle leaves at 11am so be prepared with travel plans.”

”EVERYTHING was wonderful; very impressive! The only issue, for me, was trying to use the Ipad to operate the room, etc...but Alexa saved the day. Was nice to be cozy in bed and just tell her to shut the lights off or open curtains in the morning. Definitely planning my next stay there. It was like staying in a botanical garden.”

”We had a great stay at the Hilton Logan Airport Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant experience near the airport. We would definitely stay here again!”
