”A little gem of a stay in the historic poverty ridge district. The penthouse is converted attic space that sleeps four easily. There is coffee tea and water all day and a simple continental breakfast. historic home, but we had plenty of hot water for showers. Short a few bathroom towels for our stated number of guests, sure we could have asked for more but we were just here for one night. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Glad to have found this gem. ”

”This motel isn't located in a nice area. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking area and roaches in our room. Also the continental breakfast was not very plentiful. The motel staff did their best though. Our room was clean with the exception of the roaches. The pool was quiet and restful. We chose this motel for its value compared to the expensive motels down the block so we got what we paid for.”

There was not enough lighting, and the sockets on one of the walls were not working; because of that, the TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, and one of the lights were not working.
