”The room was spotless, the guesthouse cozy, and the experience awesome. Only thing I’d change, there was a bright florescent light right outside our window, was like sleeping on the sun (in November), even with the blinds closed. Also it was SUPER hot. Had to open the window to make it sleepable. ”

However, this didn’t diminish the experience of sleeping among the trees in a cozy, warm bubble. It was –2°C and it even snowed during the night, but the warm air blown into the tent, two blankets and an electric blanket made sure we stayed perfectly comfortable. ”We loved our trip to Iceland, the stay at Kerbyggd really was the icing on the cake. Exceptionally clean, modern houses with everything you need for a self catering stay. Jumping in the hot tub whilst surrounded by snow was a big highlight, we even saw the northen lights out front too. And whilst we were there at the end of October and had a fair amount of snowfall the houses were super warm and well insulated. The house is in a great spot for exploring the golden circle, really quite central...

”The cottage was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the private hot tub on the deck. The staff was professional, service focused and friendly. While we did not eat at the restaurant, we did enjoy some nice evening beverages there.”

”O hotel tem um sistema de monitoramento de aurora bem legal. Há câmeras de monitoramento e quando são identificadas auroras visiveis a olho nu a equipe liga. Se você estiver caçando auroras boreais acho que este hotel é perfeito. Ele tambem é perto do Golden circle. Muito confortável. ”

”This place was awesome! We stayed at several places along the Ring Road, and this was our favorite place. The views are beautiful and the cabin has everything you need…even a towel warmer. I’d definitely recommended staying here. ”

”Great location close to Golden circle. Beautiful and peaceful place. The cabin was great, with extra comfortable beds. Out kids loved to play with the dogs, Katla and Moi :).”
