”Hain hotellin läheltä rautatieasemaa, se oli kuitenkin kauempana kuin miltä ohjeissa näytti. Hotelli on syrjässä kaupungin keskustasta. Plussaa oli hotellin takaa löytyvä ostoskeskus. Lähellä messukeskusta. Lisäpisteet hyvästä kuntosalista! Tecnogymin laitteet.”

”Hotelli oli kaiken kaikkiaan oikein mukava. Kannattaa kuitenkin huomioida, ettei ilmastointia ole. Huoneessa oli aika kuuma (ulkona lämpöä 30 astetta). Pidimme yöllä ikkunaa auki, mutta ohi kulkeva katu oli varsin vilkas ja äänekäs. Lisäksi internet toimi toisen kerroksen huoneessamme melko huonosti. Muutoin suosittelisin paikkaa: sijainti on nähtävyyksiin nähden loistava, ja huone oli siisti.”

”This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... They should provide customers with a code to get through the door. Our phones couldn't make calls. We got lucky that someone already staying there was...

”Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir waren wegen Verwandtenbesuchen schon 12 Mal im Bold Frankfurt. Inzwischen wünsche ich mir manchmal etwas fröhlichere Farben in den Zimmern , und dass der Lüfter im Toiletten/duschraum nicht so laut wäre. Aber das ist eher nebensächlich..”

”The hotel was nice for our small family since the room had a kitchen in it. We also had a bed for the baby which we asked for in advance. Very good and quiet location for family, nice park in front of the hotel. Easy to access via metro and in walking distance from the centre. The beakfast was very standard and the dairy products were warm by the time we got there, about 9 o'clock. The lady on the counter smoked outside the hotel constantly and we think she smoked in the kitchen also since the...

”This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” ”

”The apartment was great, with everything you need and within walking distance to the city center in a very nice and quiet area. We’ll definitely come back with our family if we ever come back to Heidelberg!”

”Great stay for families, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things, very walkable. We had a long layover so stayed the night and took the nearby train to the airport.”

”The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus.”

”Das Hotel befindet sich quai in einem Industriegebiet direkt an der Autobahn. Tagsüber bei offenem Fenster etwas laut, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisolierend. Nächste Gastronomie ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Aber wenn es nur um eine Übernachtung als Selbstversorger geht sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr große moderne Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile. ”

”This was our first stay in Germany and we were very happy with the location. Igno was wonderful upon greeting us, making sure we had everything needed, he was even willing to help us with getting travel for our group of 7 when we were unable to speak the language (he actually stopped eating dinner with his family to assist!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank Igno for his hospitality.”
