Our lovely holiday home is approximately 40 square meters and consists of a cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and the option to accommodate up to two children.

The living area comprises a comfortable eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The living area also includes a sofa (which can be converted into a bed for two additional guests if needed), a dining area, and a television in both the living and sleeping areas.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

Outside, a large, comfortable covered terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the stunning view of the small Pälitzsee lake.

A canoe is available for your use free of charge. You can also enjoy the infrared sauna with its beautiful lake view.

The bungalow is separated from the beach by a fence and gate, allowing direct access to the beach area, which also offers a playground and sports facilities (table tennis, basketball, etc.). Dogs can also roam freely off-leash on the fenced property.

In the village, you'll find a kiosk selling fresh baked goods, three restaurants, a marina with an adventure pool, and many easily accessible attractions.
