”I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition.
Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash.
The apartment also lacked basic...

”We had a wonderful time at L’Alpage recently. It is such a beautiful cottage, in a very peaceful location… exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway.
The accommodation itself was excellent, with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities a big plus. A lovely stove and lots of wood meant we stayed warm every night.
Our host was very helpful, sending lots of communication beforehand, and being available to questions from us during our stay too,
All in all, we had a fantastic...

”Excellent location. Really nice quirky house. The bad: communication, cleanliness, and heaters locked too low.Annoying paperwork and communication through rubbish third-party app that the company that owns this place uses across all listing sites rather than communicating directly through VRBO.Mold in downstairs shower on the wall at approx 2m above floor. Heater upstairs was locked to be raised no higher than 20.5C.This place feels like a fairly shoddily managed commercially-run place by a...

9.6 kautta 10, Poikkeuksellisen hyvä, (18 arvostelua)
”Beautifully situated flat overlooking the charming village of Albiez-Montrand and the surrounding mountains. The flat was clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not work properly despite putting in rinse aid and dishwasher salt meaning that we washed the dishes by hand. It is worth noting that the washing machine is a communal one requiring a token that the owner provided in good time. However, we had difficulty in getting this to work. The vacuum cleaner also did not work properly.”
