”Views were amazing being on the top floor of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious with different options for our children. Was very nice to have a room with kitchen and table for our two little boys. Also we took our two small dogs with us and the staff was very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed the area and dine very well in the room with no issues. Thank you”

”The front office/entry smelled good, but when you enter the actual building, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and nastiness, slaps you in the face. The room was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything! Had I had enough money to take the loss and go elsewhere, I would have. 10/10 do NOT recommend, I will not be staying there again. ”

”The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great.”

”Evening check-in was not pleasant. The woman that checked us in was kinda rude. When I asked if I could check out by calling and leaving the keys in the room since we leave early, she abruptly showed me a little box and said this is where I need to put the keys. We additionally had to pay for parking in a lot that was full. That was disappointing as well. The air conditioner did not work very well. The sheets were questionable. I paid over $200 and I definitely expect better toilet paper!”

”I stayed here a few years ago and I remembered much better. This time, it was a little dirty- hallway carpets and eleveator, especially. The room was okay, except the tv is heavily controlled. I wasn't even allowed to change the volume of the tv. And the only thing else negative I would share, it appears that this hotel definitely views patrons who book through 3rd party sites differently. Hefty deposits. Gave my sister-in-law a room with only one bed and a nasty stained couch foldout when...

”Reserved an east view room, but was given a west view on the third floor. It was a very windy night and the bathroom fan flap made noise ALL NIGHT LONG, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was not very good with your typical options. ”
