”Todella rauhallinen paikka ja uima-allaskin oli lähes yksityiskäytössä. Alueen ravintoloiden aukioloajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa eikä mitään tietoa yksityistilaisuuksista. Ihanan isot huoneet. Sivuilla on maininta että lentokenttäkuljetus lisämaksusta ja maksutta lauttaterminaaleihin näin ei kuitenkaan ollu vaan maksettiin itse tullessa taksi ja paluumatka hotellin järjestämä. Joskin hinta oli erittäin edullinen.”

”This place was a huge disappointment, the photos you see are not what you get. I wanted to pay for quality, and i didnt get it. I don't usually complain, but this place almost ruined our vacation. First of all, the beach was HORRIBLE and DIRTY. The restaurant and the prices were RIDICULOUSLY HIGH, and the food was not that good. The service was slow, breakfast was not that good. The location was disappointment, we were expecting a relaxing and beautiful beach, and we got extremely dirty...

”Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.”

"We stayed five nights at this lovely paradise. The staff is so friendly and polite smiling all the time. Every small requirement was fulfilled so smoothly and promptly. Some highlights: Birthday party at our Villa, chef Aki had prepared a delicious dinner for us. Dave was so kindly and proposed activities and booked them to us. Golf at Laguna course with professional caddie ”Nas”. When we had to go somewhere in the area Sofyan was always available with smile on his face. In the restaurants service was excellent. Challenging to remember all the names. Everyone’s attitude was at highest level. Thank you to everyone, we will miss you all. Just to mention couple of you, Ronal, Bimo and Febriano. Cleaning staff made excellent work as well as pool staff. Food in the restaurants was at highest level including local and internationan flavours. "
