”Spa was very good. The villas were spacious and the private pool was lovely. Overall the place has seen its best days and needs maintenance. But it was clean everywhere and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was ok but we did not enjoy the breakfest.”

”ゴールデンウィークに宿泊したが平日のためか14組しか宿泊客はいなかった。そのためプールは完全貸切状態であった。ビーチの設備は良いが、水質は綺麗でなく中部地区で言えば内海。関東で言えば湘南。午前中は干潮のため水はなく潮干狩りができるような状態。午後から夕方にかけて水が満ちてきます。 敷地内のシーフードレストランで夕食を取りましたが、チャーハンのミドルサイズがものすごい量。1500円くらいか。お客は誰もいませんでしたが、ムードは良いと思います。 朝食は1階レストランで朝6時からスタート。まあまあ美味しかったと思います。あとノングサフェリーターミナルからホテルまでは無理の送迎つきます。一応事前に到着時間をホテルに伝えましたが、常にフェリー到着時間に待機してるみたいです。二泊三日で曇りと雨がほとんどでしたが、晴れたらなかなかのリゾート感を味わえると思います。”

”Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. ”

”Last visit to Bintan lagoon resort was in the Late nineties. The place is well beyond it's glory days. I suspect there is mold in the wet spaces like bathrooms. Sea view is blocked by tall palm trees. The ferry terminal was closed and rusty. No swimming allowed on the beach, which was also dirty.”

"Kaunis alue, jossa tunnelma säilyi aamusta iltaan rauhallisena ja rentouttavana. Me liikuimme parin sadan metrin matkat pyörällä (kaikki saivat omat pyörät käyttöönsä), mutta aina pystyi tilaamaan myös kyydin, niin halutessaan. Palvelu oli aina erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aamiainen oli erittäin laaja, ja eri ruokakulttuurit hyvin edustettuina. Ruoka oli muutenkin hyvää. Aamuisin oli ilmainen 30 minuutin jooga, ja kuntosalilla sai tehtyä hyvän treenin. Löytyy myös biljardi, pingis, shakki ja muita pelejä. Muitakin aktiviteetteja oli lisähinnasta tarjolla, ja myös spa, jossa erilaisia hierontoja ja hoitoja. Suosittelen jos muutaman päivän rauhoittuminen ja rentoutuminen kiinnostaa. "
