”Lovely place, very comfortable, clean, quiet. Beautiful views. Watch rabbits, hares, pheasants etc crossing the garden while you have breakfast.
Stayed on business as an alternative to hotels and pub food. Great location for walking and cycling.”

”Extremely convenient accomodation especially if you travel for work. Nice and clean three separate bedrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen with back patio. Seriously surprised. The property might not look appealing from outside but the experience changes as soon as you walk in.”

”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”

”Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward.
Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully.
The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.”

”Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

”The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. Shower was very small, could barely move around.
The location was good for our needs and it was quiet. Not enough positives to stay our 3...
