House with 3 bedrooms and 3 floors, decorated in bright and cheerful tones, located in a sunny and very quiet area.

On the entrance floor: a large suite with a double bed and a canapé (which can be used as a bed for a small child), private bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower, and a south-facing balcony with a hammock. Also on this floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with 2 beds, sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the intermediate floor: open-plan space with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with balcony. There is also a laundry/storage room, a clothes treatment room, a guest WC, and access to a small storage room.

On the lower floor: barbecue and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and cable TV, a social toilet, and access to the outside.

Outdoor area: garden, dining table, shower, swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, and beanbags, with an incredible view of the sea and fantastic sunsets.

The property accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Covered and uncovered parking available within the property. Wi-Fi available in all areas.

AREA
Located west of Madeira Island (the area with the highest sun exposure), in the parish of Tabua, municipality of Ribeira Brava, bordering Ponta do Sol. Very quiet and sunny, just minutes from Levada Nova, a famous footpath with beautiful west coast views. Other nearby attractions include Miradouro do Espigão, MUDAS - Madeira Contemporary Art Museum, Ponta do Sol beach, Madeira Ethnographic Museum, Ribeira Brava’s Market, and more. Funchal is about a 20-minute drive away.

GETTING AROUND
The best option is by transfer (ask us to arrange with local partners for better rates than airport cabs). If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Full access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We also provide an app for guests with all important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival). If not, check-in will be subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged for all guests staying in the municipality of Ribeira Brava. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
