”Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked. Manager was a great friendly person always asking us if all was well and if we needed anything. We will definetly go back the next time in Sao Miguel.”

”Great location: everything is within a walking distance, parking lots nearby, grocery store nearby, mall and large sport store less than 1,5km away. ”Great hospitality experience! Staffs are very helpful and friendly! They allowed early check-in for us so that we’d have some rest from our long flight. We love their breakfast, cleanliness, and ambiance! The only issue we had there was the shower door that didn’t close very well and caused some leaks on the floor. But they provided us with extra towels to keep our bathroom floor dry. ”

”We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. ”The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! ”

”Amazing location right in the middle of all the action! A few steps down the road you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the food you want for the house during your stay. The house was cleaned daily and is large and spacious! The owner was kind and courteous and made the stay simple and seamless.
