On the ground floor we have a kitchen, living room, a bathroom with shower, access to the terrace with outdoor dining area, a chill-out area with lounge chairs and terrace furniture, a barbecue and the garage.

On the first floor, we have the three bedrooms with ocean views (one partially from the bed) and the bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire house privately, except for a small area in the garage with the owners' personal belongings.

Other things to note
No pets are allowed in the unit.
Smoking is not allowed except in outdoor areas.
As it is a two-story house, it has stairs.
