”The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!”

”Rooms were clean but the bed mattress covers need to be taken off and washed. One room only had one towel in it but the man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful all weekend. The pool area had no pool towel at all. Not sure if they were available elsewhere but it should be stated if so. Hot tub and pool are nice. Rooms look newly renovated, love that it’s non-carpeted rooms!”

”Clean room and common areas. The hot tub was perfect temperature, however the jets did not work. The breakfast was adequate, but not well kept up. ”

”The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl”

”The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. ”

”The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed.”

”We found drug paraphernalia in our room sticky spilll all over the place including on the tv remotes, foot rest and the fridge. These was something spilled in the kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in the dish washer. The walls are f the shower were smeared with something . The hot tub was out of order the clerk said it was broken for a long time now(this is one reason we chose this hotel). There were people hanging outside our window until 4am being loud and walking around looking in vehicles....

”The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we...
