”Son was graduating from Bryan College in Dayton. Rooms were booked in Dayton. Was a 30 minute drive. Comfortable room and worth the drive. Would have given all 5’s accept that they had trouble keeping up with all the people getting breakfast, so that could have been a little better, otherwise a great stay.”

”I didn't arrive until almost midnight so I did not really see the area around the hotel but I was greeted with a warm smile from a very nice woman at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and well kept. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. It is always nice to have a hot breakfast and the egg white omelet with peppers was surprisingly good. ”

”Very nice man in the office. The room 104 was large and clean. Only issue I had was around 11 pm a family with some kids checked into and were out in room above me so those small kids running around was loud until they settled down. I would stay again ”

”This was a cute little place! Check in was hassle free and owner was very responsive. We couldn't find the grill tools and he dropped some by the house within a couple hours. There is a community park within walking distance and my 6 year loved it. The backyard was big and well kept. My daughter enjoyed running around back there. My husband said the only thing that would make it better is a hot tub on that back deck. :)”
