The views from the river-facing balconies are stunning, and the hotel strikes a lovely balance between old-world character and modern comfort. Staff were warm and helpful, and the location near Interlaken West station made day trips easy. A peaceful base with just the right touch of luxury.”

However the service was definitely the high point of our stay. Receptions, restaurant and maintenance staff were highly professional and above all the kindest staff we have encountered.”

”This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it! ”

”Erinomainen sijainti ulkoilusta pitävälle rauhallisessa kylässä kävelyetäisyydellä juna-asemasta. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maittava. Huone oli siisti ja sopivan kokoinen, mutta tyynyt olivat todella kovat ja epämukavat ja äänet kuuluivat seinien läpi turhan hyvin. Kokonaisuudessaan kuitenkin erittäine mukava paikka.”
