”The hotel itself wasn’t dirty. The staff was awesome.. just can use more smell goods in the hallway and better cleaning services the hallways were filthy the carpet in the room when you took your socks off felt oily and greasy maybe a deep carpet clean ”

”The internet was down for my whole stay and the pool heater was broke: In the evening the night clerk was asleep and there was people wanting to check in ringing the bell. He finally appeared and you could tell he just woke up.”

”This is an older, worn down property. It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. ”

”Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”
