”Advertised with an indoor pool. Of course it’s May and it closed for repairs/maintenance so the extra money I paid to stay here so my kids could swim where sadly disappointed. Breakfast is a joke.”

I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. ”The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The AC left a bit to be desired, it kept cycling just to keep the room at or near 66 degrees with an outside temperature of just above 70 degrees. The Planes Flying Over were the WORST. In the day, they were Nonexistent. At 10pm to around 2:30am when I was finally able to get to sleep, THEY WERE ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND LOUD. ”A little stingy with bottled water but everything was quite well maintained and staff was accommodating whenever I needed something. The building and room were clean. I appreciate the full size bottles of hair care and shower gel. The towels were soft and a good size. I will definitely be back next season. Great staff and hotel.”

”Pond was nice lights in elevators needs work my room had no tv remote grab handle in tub is about to come off we went to the pool and no clean takes to dry off three times”

”Clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is dated and right next to a very loud highway. Traffic noise 24/7. Very expensive during Derby! Probably will stay elsewhere next trip. ”
