”This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

”The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...

”Black out curtains don’t close - front desk “oh yea we know several rooms mothers are not getting to operate the curtains” and AC squeaked all night / choose somewhere else until they can get maintenance onsite. ”

”Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....

”When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. ”Great location outside of the city, well lit and very nice rooms”

”I want to start this off by saying the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. ”
