The Space:

Step into the apartment and discover a thoughtfully designed space. The Master Bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a smart TV, offering a serene retreat. The Second Bedroom provides two twin beds and a smart TV, ideal for families or friends. The Living Area is designed for relaxation, with a comfortable sofa (also a sofa bed) and a 55-inch smart TV. A queen bed is available for additional sleeping arrangements. A dedicated workspace with high-speed internet caters to your productivity needs. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy meals at the elegant dining table. The bathroom offers a tub-shower combo with provided essentials.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. Enjoy shared use of front porch. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available in the basement, and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock; the access code will be provided via the booking app upon arrival.

Street parking is available, but can be competitive during busy times. Additional parking options include nearby public lots and garages. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft offer another way to get around, especially for trips outside of Carytown.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
