The Space:
This home technically combines two 3-bedrooms rowhouses in the same building with separate entrances and separate backyard. It offers you tons of sleeping arrangement options.

6 total bedrooms all feature comfortable mattresses and smart TVs!

2 kitchens throughout the whole house are fully stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee and preparing meals. We have a drip coffee maker with all the supplies you need. Some of the many items we keep stocked include a toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, storage containers, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. Coffee and tea provided!

Getting around from our Carytown home is a breeze! You'll find ample free parking right on the premises with two private spots behind the backyard. Street parking is also readily available. For those traveling by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available in Richmond, the Carytown neighborhood is very walkable, and many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within easy reach on foot. Uber and Lyft are also readily accessible for convenient travel around the city.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
