Koti nukkuu 16 ihmistä mukavasti.

Sinä ja vieraasi ajat talon taakse, missä sinulla on yksityinen pysäköintialue. Takaovi on avaimeton sisäänkäynti ja Leslie tai talomme isäntä Ashley antaa koodin ennen sisäänkirjautumistasi. Kun astut kauniiseen hiljattain rakennettuun kotiimme, kävelet keittiöön, joka on kodin sydän. Talo on kevyt ja upouusi. Pääkerroksessa on oma queen-vuode, täysi kylpyamme aulan yli. Olohuone on kohti talon etuosaa vedettävällä sohvalla, jotta mahtuu koko sänky. Etukuisti on täydellinen paikka ottaa kahvia ja aloittaa aamu oikealle. Yläkerrassa on oma huone, jossa queen-vuode ja oikeassa poikki on huone, jossa on täysin yli täysi kerrossänky ja joka nukkuu yhteensä neljä. Aulan alapuolella on yhteinen kylpyhuone näille kahdelle huoneelle. Kauempana pääset valtavaan makuuhuoneeseen. Päällikkö tarjoaa kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä ja 1 yhden hengen kerrossänkyä. Tätä huonetta on yhteensä 7, ja niissä on oma kylpyhuone. Älä katso yli parvekkeelta tästä huoneesta. Ovi johtaa ulos kauniille parvekkeelle, jossa voit nauttia ylellisistä istuimistamme katsellessasi Richmontin kaupungin taivaan linjaa.

Perfect home away from home!
With family from points north, south and west the more than adequate sleeping arrangements made our stay lovely. There is a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Decor is appealing to most!

Location and gathering
We had 3 generations under one roof for the VCU graduation. This home was close to campus, stores and restaurants. We had other family join us at the house to hang out together. The kitchen was a perfect spot for us all, the 2nd floor porch was great for views of the city. We had a great time staying there while we were in Richmond.

Fun filled weekend in RVA
This was an amazing property and perfect for our trip. We had a group of 10 guys in town for my brother’s bachelor party/golf trip. It was in a great location close to The Fan where we spent most of our time while not on the golf course. Would definitely book again.

Excellent for our large group!
We were so glad to find this spot, and it was a great fit for our group of 13 and a very easy process! Location was excellent for us, Leslie gave great parking directions, and we were even able to get in early. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows to go around. We had a great time!

Very nice accommodation
Lovely property with a good amount of space and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was very clean, spacious with super modern appliances. Location was great with lovely walk to James River view through Hollywood Cemetery. We also walked to Maymont Park Japanese/Italian gardens. We would visit again.

Property Manager was very accommodating and communicative. The space is nice, new, spacious and spotless clean. Beds were comfortable. For us it was the perfect downtown Richmond location, close to all the venues we had to go to.

Met our needs!
The home was plenty large for our family who met in Virginia from various states. The parking area was very convenient and allowed for multiple vehicles. Although we brought all of our bathroom supplies- I thought it was great that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in all bathrooms. The paper products and trash bags are a bonus as well because that isn’t always offered. We played uno and enjoyed the large table. Thank you!

Great service great location.
The property is in a safe neighborhood not too far from 95 and there was off street parking for all three of our cars to fit easily. Everything you could ever need is stocked- sheets towels toilet paper soap etc. the property manager is one of the best I’ve ever worked with- responded to me very quickly every time I reached out. She also handled an issue around the garbage disposal being broken very quickly and generously. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a large family.
It was so nice having the 3 bathrooms especially when there are kids and teenagers. The bunk bed room was a great hit.. my grandchildren were all able to stay in that room and had a blast. The back porch was nice to sit on in the evenings.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and perfect for a larger group (something tough to find in Richmond). The house is a quick walk to parts of the Fan and an easy Uber to Scott’s Addition for the breweries or downtown.

The house was prepped perfectly for a weekend stay. In addition to nice linens on the beds and towels, there were multiple rolls of paper towels, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, etc that provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
