The space: One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, soft linens, smart TV, as well as a dedicated work space. One bathroom equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Open concept kitchen living room with a mini-fridge with freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop, wall oven/microwave combo, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, along with all utensils, dishes, and cookware. Living room with couch/daybed that pulls out to create a double twin bed and a smart TV. Laundry space with washer and dryer.

• The guesthouse shares the kitchen wall with the main house, it’s still completely private and soundproofed. You'll have your own separate entrance and backyard space separated by a fence.

• Located just off Interstate 64, providing easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas. There may be some outside noise from the nearby highway, particularly during peak hours. We've taken steps to minimize the impact of the noise installing soundproof windows and providing a white noise machine in the bedroom, as well as disposable earplugs.

• Access to private parking for guests is via an unpaved alleyway road behind the property.
