”The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable.
Although not by the sea the view was lovely looking over Brighton Bay.
The nearby beach (Brighton beach ) is a 10 minute walk through woodland or 25minutes along the road.
There is a menu available for an evening meal - need to liaise with the owner.”

”We had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant overlooking the beach and bay. The food was good and reasonably priced. My wife and I definitely recommend this property!”

”Ocean was visible at a distance. Only suitable for older children who can be separate from adult supervision as the rooms are separated and require having to go outside stairs to access each other. Friendly and helpful staff. Location can loud with passing vans, dogs barking. Slight bug problem on ground floor. ”

”The property could use some updating; most everything is run down and overly dated, gurgling shower and broken landscape lights and all, they seem to operate on a bare bones shoestring budget, and barely stock items such as the bar with drink selections, poor and not restocked. The landscaping is shoddy and poorly maintained, and the mattresses are on the firmer side.
