Was happy at first. Guy who checked us in was nice and talkative. While my husband was unloading the car, witnessed a drug deal right in front of our car. While walking up to our room, heard yelling and screaming in another room. Wasn't going to hold that against the hotel. Those situations aren't their fault. We reserved the room for 2 adults and 2 children. Guy at the front desk even asked us how many people were staying in the room while checking in. Get into the room and only have 2 towels. Husband walked down and got more towels. He also asked for a "do not disturb" sign because we didn't want any room service in the room. He gave us the sign and assured us no one would come into the room. When we returned, we noticed someone was in our room. They took all the towels back out and left us with 1 towel. When I called the front desk, the guy told us that our room only got two towels. I explained that we had 4 people in the room and only one towel. He argued with me about getting more towels and when I told him I'd make sure to put that in our review, he told me I was scaring him. So customer service here is crap. So if you do book a room here, make sure you bring your own towels and don't let them know you're leaving a bad review, cause they will try to turn the situation around and try to gaslight you about it. Definitely won't be staying here again.
