”Loved the property overall, the history and charm were lovely. Our room was bottom level and felt very much like a basement. No windows directly to the outside. The bathroom could have used some updating even just cosmetic to make it feel cleaner. Being that we were there in a very quiet Sunday night, the hotel definitely was not full and I feel a nicer room could have been offered. I would stay again because of the location and price, but would ask for a second or third floor or courtyard...

”The staff were professional & warm. We needed to extend our visit due to a loved one being seen at VCU Medical Center. They were accommodating without giving us any problems. Location is great. About 10 min from VCU Medical Center, a very nice shopping center across the street with a Kroger Grocery Store & several restaurants. There is even an Exxon right across the street!”

”Over priced. Carpeting old, rooms with outlets that done work. Dirty linens. Rooms not serviced even after being out all day, returning to a dirty room. Would have had a better stay at another hotel. Parking was $30 a day.”
