”Si, todo bien y muy amables”

”Hotel was undergoing some renovations. Rooms seemed recently udated. Standard King Room was very nice- especially the bathroom. Very large shower with glass doors was a nice update. Very clean. The staff at check in were not very friendly. They were not rude or disresepectful, just very flat. We booked 6 rooms for a group and did not receive a thank you at check in or check out. Probably the only time in 50+ hotel stays in my lifetime when I could say that.”

”At check in Paige was very courteous and professional. Our room was larger than I expected and was very clean. There was ample, well lit parking with access to the highway just a minute away. We enjoyed a good hot breakfast before we left for home.”

”Breakfast was great! I interacted with Stacy on 2 weekends back to back for passing of my family member. Never mentioned it to her b4 hand and was welcoming and full of hospitality. Matter of fact EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON STAFF THE WEEK ENDS OF 4/18-19 and 4/24-25 WERE SO PLEASANT AND WELCOMING AND HOSPITABLE.”

”We stay here whenever we come to see family in West Monroe. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.”

”The beds had sheet metal under them so that every time you moved it sounded like some one was hitting the side of a metal building, the breakfast was breakfast burritos in a.fridge with a microwave in a 6 ft by 12 ft lobby,I was told it was grab and go breakfast only,needless to say I only stayed one night,I left that morning ,didn't stay the second night and went to another hotel”

”I don't recommend this hotel. It definitely needs some renovation. Bathtub would not drain during showering. No drain protector in bathtub or sink. Only had one towel and washcloth per person. Ceiling was peeling over bed. Not good at all.”

”The establishment was very good given the relatively reasonable cost compared to other hotels in the area. We were fortunately given a room on the 1st floor that allowed us to back the car right up to our room - very convenient for loading and unloading. If we had been given a room on the second floor, that would not be the case as there was no elevator or luggage cart. It would have nice to have had an ice machine on our side of the building. The breakfast offerings were rather sparce, but...

”The reason I’m had a musty odor… the elevator did not work ( on 2nd floor) the only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor.. lobby was clean.. staff friendly and helpful.. parking was no problem..breakfast was ok”

”The hotel was under construction, but that's OK, that just means they are making it better. Our room was huge and it was actually 2 rooms, the 2nd was an office with an 8 person table and a drawing board. It had a shower and a huge tub, which I loved, especially since it actually had HOT water which a lot of hotels don't have. ”

”The room was huge! It was very clean and I was excited to see that it didn't have carpet. The bed was very comfortable with good sheets, pillows and a very nice comforter. The jetted tub was a pleasant surprise and very much enjoyed! Will definitely stay here again.”

”There were a few issues at the hotel. First, there was a broken toilet. Second, there was a broken cold water spicket in the sink, which provided very little cold water. Third, there was a mildew smell in the hallway carpet. Fourth, the desk clerk was very helpful and kind. She tried her best to accommodate us and finally put us in a handicap room with the bed on the floor. However, that was all she had left, except for one room that didn’t lock. She would have to let us in and out all night...
