”Everything was perfect ”

”Room was smelling like abandoned house when we enter, we ran to a store to purchase lavender ”

”The room and bathroom and bedroom was very clean. So is the kitchen. The staff is also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because...

”Everything was fine except there was NO POOL!! We paid extra to stay here for that reason and were told the pool hasn't been working for some time. The hotel needs to be honest about their amenities. ”

”There was never anyone at the front desk had to call a number and wait for someone and the hot water was terrible it took 25 minutes with the water running constantly to even begin to get warm water it never fully got hot ”

”The room was adequate. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows didn't offer head support. The entrance to my room was within the stairwell and furthest from the elevator. Breakfast options were scrambled eggs, biscuit & gravy, and waffles. Location had many close options for dining and shopping.”

”Robert was a fun and welcoming host. Dubuque in February was not a super-lively place but we made the most of it. Construction across the street woke us around 7 am, making the 8 am do-or-die breakfast schedule understandable. The building is a living and breathing treasure. We enjoyed the video souvenir of our stay.”
