”I was there for an overnight softball tournament. I called ahead letting front desk know I would be arriving after midnight. Upon arrival around 130am I could not find anyone at the front desk. ”Except for the encounter with the receptionist at check-in, it was a very good experience. If she had just smiled, she could have made things so much better. Our room wasn’t ready and she was new and didn’t know what to do - and that’s fine. She made a phone call, we got a nicer room, and everything was fine, except she never smiled or welcomed us. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. It was a very nice stay. ”
