”We had two nights of very bad stay in a poorly managed hotel.
The air-conditioner thermostat was all over the place. It was either too cold or the thermostat would not activate the AC.
My kid had terrible allergies and was feeling sick after we stayed after at this place.
It was extremely overpriced, for what we paid. We got the worst deal here.
The towels were basically worn out rags, and frayed out.
The pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
The mattresses were mushy, though we managed...

”The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened.”

”We recently booked a one-night stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton College Station through Expedia. While the actual hotel stay was fine, the billing experience through Expedia turned into an absolute nightmare due to a severe technical glitch.
Even though I fully paid Expedia at the time of booking, Expedia's virtual billing cards or payment mode apparently failed to transfer correctly to the hotel's system. Because of this system absence, the hotel's automated processing repeatedly charged...

”The hotel was undergoing renovation. Wish we were informed well in advance about that so we could better plan our stay. We only found out when we reached there. The hotel was stinking near the entrance. The rooms were old and had dust on lighting fixtures. No hot water in the bathroom sink faucets. Shower didn’t have consistent water flow. Breakfast was alright, not bad. I have definitely stayed at better Hampton Inns, this was disappointing. Glad my stay was only for a night.”
