”Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary? We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me.”

”I will stay here again when I'm in the area. My two complaints are the lack of a coffee maker in the room and that the room really did not have good lighting.”

”I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.”

”Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. The location itself was good. The maids were very kind. The area as a whole seemed kinda rundown and messy. The day desk person seemed to live in his own world. He never looked up or acknowledged us when entering for breakfast and was either on his phone or just talking out loud. The gentlemen who checked us in was very helpful and friendly tho. A bigger breakfast room wood be nice and a different variety of breakfast foods would have been nice...

”I thought parking was especially expensive for what it was, no iron or ironing board in room was a shock and an inconvenience but the location was excellent and the staff super nice.”

”We had a quick stop over to see the Grand Ole Opry and chose Spark for the proximity to the Opry. We were traveling with 10 of us and all of us enjoyed the cafe space for a quick microwave meal. The staff was very helpful with everything. Beds were fantastic. Highly recommend”

”The room was very spacious and had a couch, desk, king sized bed, large dresser, big screen TV, small cabinet outside the bathroom w/sink, area to make coffe and microwave and fridge. Had a nice breakfast area. Staff was very personable and helpful. My only complaint was the showerhead is very high up in the bathroom and difficult for short people to reach. A hand held shower piece would be helpful! Highly recommend!”
