”There was no one at the desk at check in, about 7 PM. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone showed up. After an 8 hour drive, that was not appreciated. ”

”The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but in the middle of the night I found a half inch winged insect crawling up my body in bed. Having killed it, I went into the bathroom, where I found one of its cousins climbing up the wall. Apart from the insect infestation, it might have been a decent stay. No breakfast, just coffee.”

”I love it here. I always choose to stay here when I'm in Brunswick. They always treat me woth kindness and make me feel absolutely special. I love Gary he's the best and Ms. Linda is so sweet I love talking both their heads off when I'm there. Please tell them thank you for always making my visit awesome ”

”I would have like to have been able to swim in the pool. I asked before I booked and was told that the pool would be opened. Unfortunately, this did not happen. There was also construction or remodeling going on in the building. I would have liked to know this in advance as well. Had I been privileged to accurate information, I would have made another choice.”

”It was horrible. The shower was clogged yhe whole time. They didn't have any amenities. Everything was out. After explaining that the tub was clogged and we needed another room they wouldnt charge our room . Horrible ”

”The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. ”

”The floor was "swepted" but was not clean. I thought the bathroom doorknob was on backwards, but then I realized the door was removed and rehung upside down. The pillows were very thin. THE shower was good, very generous with the hot water, the a/c worked well and the staff was nice. Overall, I really wasn't impressed.”

”The room had a musty smell but seemed to be very clean. Maybe it had not been stayed in for a while. Not sure but overall decent stay. ”
