”We were suppose to stay from Thursday-Sunday. Saturday night we had to flee in the middle of the night because we show two mice and mice drippings. In the bathroom & living room. Also, I left with four massive spider bites. We drove all night to get home. I emailed the owner to let her know and no response at all. The place is obviously infested.”

”Easy check in and very clean, and well equipped with water bottles, kitchen supplies, toiletries, guest access to Netflix etc. very happy with our booking! Only complaint, and an honest one with good intention, was the light to the main entrance was on upon arrival (which was only negative for us because we arrived at night). This led to a flood of insects entering as we were unloading our luggage. Aside from that, everything was excellent! ”

”What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated...

”Marcy and Kevin are amazing hosts. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do that were dog friendly! The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. There wasn’t an amenity that they didn’t think of from a coffee corner to a pillow bar. They were so friendly and responsive for any questions we had. We will definitely be back on our next Sedona adventure! ”

”Beautiful home with beautiful views and the home had all we needed. Excellent communication with host. The only disappointment was that the pool was unusable because the water was so cold. The description said the pool is unheated so I knew beforehand but thought with Arizona sun, there was a chance we could use. Although the sauna was used and appreciated, had the pool been heated, it would've made our stay perfect. Otherwise - beautiful home and we all absolutely loved the layout! Thank you...
