”The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not...

”My room was very nice, clean and very quiet. My concern was the bathroom. There were no grab bars I the shower. I think all hotels should have them in each room. The gentleman at check in/check out was very nice & polite and efficient. Parking was not a problem. The bonus was Cracker Barrel was right next door!”

”Never got clean towels or bedding changed or made up for 3 day stay. One tiny soap to use. I room coffee maker didnt work. First morning at 7am no coffee or waffle mix in breakfast area. Advised staff and they did make more”

”The motel is a bit outdated. The carpet is old. The air conditioner was old. The bathroom could use a remodel. However, this is a Super 8 rifgt off the interstate and not the Ritz-Carlton. The mattresses and sheets were new. The towels were clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. There's a desk with chair and an extra recliner chair in the room. The flat screen TV works. There is a breakfast that consists of coffee, juice, and danishes. There is ample parking. We also never felt...

”The room looked like it had not been swept in months. Two of the towels had a greyish blue looking mold on them. The fridge was unplugged and still had someone else's icream container melted in the freezer. When you ran the water in the sink or the shower it sounded like the water was just draing on the ground beneath the sink and shower. There wasn't a way to look underneath to see where the water was going.”
