”I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning...

”Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...

”I needed a hotel overnight in relatively close driving distance to Homebush. The staff at Gladius welcomed me. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette, KS bed and heaps of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and modernised, and even though it's on the corner of a main road, it was quiet. I would happily stay there again in future.”

”Apartment was very unclean, not enough pillows or blanket, no toilet paper, paper towel, pigeon dirt over all the balcony, bed and sofa smells terrible, no cleaners knock the for 7 nights. Overall, terrible need renovation, overpriced”

”Staff was good, specially Linda. She was very helpful and guest caring. Property is good. But worst thing that Heating was not working, staff moved me to another room but nothing happened. It was very cold then they gave me a small room heater to survive. Balcony is just to show, it was locked and no access.”

”Similar to Wentworth hotel a bit to the east along A44, dated and worn rooms with dated shared facilities. Location quite good for dining options and Sydney Olympic Village which is why it gets a 3 and not a 2. Hotel had a bar and restaurant. Bar noise wasn’t a problem at night. Cleanliness okay but not great.”
