”Everything was great! Close to the train station! Great staff! Only thing is we had to open and close the window at night since the temperature was either too hot or too cold. A lot of people complain about the A/C and I agree. Although it is central A/C, there should be a thermostat inside each room to control the room itself. I kept waking up either sweaty or freezing. Other than that, everything was great. Oh a the room was small but we Americans like big rooms so don’t be surprised it’s not...

”Nice and clean hotel in Nakameguro. Friendly staff. We didn't use the spa section. Good restaurants close by. Nakameguro metro station is within the walking distance and only two stops from Shibuya. Also the hotel is located next to a big 24/7 store for anything you need at any time.”

”Hotelli oli siisti ja hieno. Vähän syrjässä mutta hyvän matkan päästä nähtävyyksistä. Metro-asema noin 5min päästä hotellistä ja hotellila on ilmainen kuljetus lähimmälle juna-asemalle. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja auttavaisia. Lentokenttä bussi kuljetus (sinne ja takas). Sitä suosittelen käyttämään vaikka aika tyyris on mutta helppoin ja mukavin tapa matkustaa kentälle.”

”The hotel was really nice, clean, has comfortable beds and the room was quite large when compared to some other Japanese hotels. ”Easy to get to and from public transportation, clean and large rooms, free amenities, friendly staff. Good places to eat nearby as well.”

”Room was too hot for proper sleep. Central AirCon gave fixed 24 degrees (temperature meter inside told 26 degrees). My preference is 20 degrees. To lower the temperature hotel instructions were: close AirCon and open the window. - Then the noisy traffic was a problem”

”The room is clean, and the next door super market is very good and walk to JR in 3 minutes and take only 15 minutes to Shinjuku is also great. Staff is friendly, professional and handle things nicely. Room is clean and cleaning is done super. They give us free bottle water everyday. The only that is a downside is the room has no temperature control, you can only control the fan speed and the temperature is set too high for us (I think it is around 24-25 C)”
