”We only stayed one night. We chose Posado Río Celeste La Amistad to swim in the blue Rio Celeste River on their property. This was the perfect place to get a $ 5 USD-a-piece ticket within walking distance of the hotel. It's family-owned, and they take such pride in their establishment. ”Excellent stay at Hideaway. The fanciest hotel in this area with a 2025 Michelin Key. Going to Tenorio volano national park was only a 2 min drive. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular. The hotel is nestled in the rainforest and has 2 private trails to rio celeste. We got a free upgrade to a rainforest view room. We also enjoyed a complimentary yoga class with an excellent yoga teacher and a complimentary night tour with a knowledgeable guide. The staff was very friendly. The only negative...

”What an awesome place! We were looking for a jungle setting off the beaten path. We were only there one night before heading to the beach and it was awesome! The dome was super cool (and provided some entertaining acoustics that sparked some fun) and the view was amazing. A very cool fog rolled in followed by a good rain storm which emphasized the jungle feel! Extremely friendly hosts and just a fun overall experience. 10/10”
