”The perfect beach view from the balcony, spent each morning watching the sun rise from there. The hammock was an added bonus. Very comfortable unit, clean, full kitchen and washer and dryer in condo very helpful. Love the location, easy walking distance to food and restaurants and the beach. We've stayed at Sandy Hills 4x already, but this was our first time in this unit and would stay here again. ”Our family had a great experience at the villa. It’s very close to the Beach Club and beach and a short golf cart ride from other property amenities. Communication with host was great. We especially enjoyed the pool and restaurants at the new Four Seasons resort on the property. ”

”This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...

”Great location, right on the water (not a beach). Kimberly is highly responsive and very helpful. About 10 minutes from seven seas beach and 25 minutes from the ferry. The balcony was the highlight of our trip. Has lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc.. also to my surprise an air fryer and a nice blender. Things I wish this place had: 1) a fan or a ceiling fan in the shared area. 2) a couch/ living room set. 3) screens on windows to help with the mosquitos 4) washcloths Highly recommend this...

”Was given the wrong code number to be able to get into the house. There was baby oil all over different sets of sheets on different beds. There was a bottle of baby oil in the bed inside the living room fold out bed. The mattress pads had huge stains on them. The bathroom door in the primary bedroom was falling off the bottom hinge and couldn’t shut it. We found a screw driver and tried to screw the screws in but they were very short and would fall out.
