”Calizo is so beautiful! It felt safe as most didnt know, or would drive by the locked entrance lol. The pool/jacuzzi area is gorgeous, especially at night. The courtyard was always clean and the vibrant colors just make it pop. Definitely a cute spot for a couples and families.
The host answered text messages so quickly and was super nice. Make sure to answer the initial text right away, to avoid confusion. The staff we encountered were very nice as well and welcoming. And the restaurant...

”The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.”

”A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. ”
