”Didnt like having to leave a $100 deposit for damages if any were found and being told that it would be refund to my card if no damages found but that this refund would not show in my bank statement. How is that??? To my knowledge if it is refund it should be showing in my bank statement, yes or no??? My stay was from 4pm to 2am was charged $242.34 plus $100 that I would like to see in my statement. Thank you.”

”We arrived a little before check in and were told room wasn’t ready, didn’t get into our room until 5pm. However, very convenient hotel. It is about 10 minutes from airport, Old San Juan and 10 minute walk from beach, food, souvenir and pharmacy store.”

”We truly enjoyed staying at Bali Posh Hotel. The staff was AMAZING - every single one of them. The location was perfect for us; the beach, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and aesthetic, and the dresser provided plenty of space for all of our belongings. The pool was great as well, although it does get pretty packed at times. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again anytime! TY for this wonderful stay on our trip...

”Hotel muy bonito, limpio, diferente, la temática muy bonita. Tiene una parada del tren urbano al lado de la puerta. Buen desayuno, sencillo, pero bueno. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones cómodas y prácticas (nevera, Micro, fregadero)”

”Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It smelled like black mold and some staff members were rude. Too much money with 0 comolementary stuff everything was over priced to the max”

”Rooms are outdated. We had the bad experience that someone across our room were cooking something and the smell was horrible and intense, that it lasted over 4 hours. Mattresses need replacement and rooms need remodeling. It felt like being at a motel not a resort.”
