”Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. ”

”We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The few dingy utensils there were we did not touch. We are experienced travelers and this felt like a thrird-world experience. ”Ok for solo travelers, too tiny for a couple, space not well distributed. Example; you have plenty of chairs and tables in the outside and balcony why have more in the room being so tiny. I recommend an inchannel door for the bathroom. Toilet with no room to sit and stretch your right leg. Wasnt cleaned properly with dirty glass and spider webs. You can get rid of the small fridge, not needed since you have 24hr kitchen in the downstairs. ”

”Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities.
Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva).
Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable.
