”I really like this place. We come to San Antonio to visit our daughter’s family and this place is our favorite. The breakfast is a bit pricey so we don’t eat there. Great clean and nice place to stay. ”

”The room was very clean but the lighting was AWFUL. You couldn't see in the bathroom because the lighting was so bad. I thought they were on dimmers but no, just bad lighting. Kudos to the cleaning staff, they are amazing. The pool area was clean but there were no lifeguards. The lazy river didn't have any staff attending to it, so if you got hurt or needed assistance you were at a loss. The restaurant on property wasn't good and was more like a quick service with overpriced chicken tenders....

”Clean comfy Studio Rooms Great location to the hospital and beautiful surroundings. Every Staff Member has been so nice and welcoming! Went above and beyond to help us when the Ac in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. Breakfast is Free and good! They have many amenities. ”

”Breakfast was good. The pool was “out of service” and the parking is ridiculous that they have to charge for parking PER DAY $10! My mom room tv did not work and never got fixed. ”

”I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. The next night was worse than the first. The clerk lied to me and told me the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved, then I was...

”Air conditioning worked great. There was a bed to sleep on. Sheets had a stain but weren’t dirty. Shower didn’t drain. ”

”Food was good as long as you get there early close to the end not much selection left. Waffles are always a hit though 😋 Accessible bathrooms rooms need to be updated not the best condition but feasible.”
