”The staff on the front desk was very helpful within their limits of responsibilities. Bathroom needs improvement, no toilet seat, you have to ask for toilet paper. They imposed excessive charge to use the picnic areas, PH1000.00, 150.00 to use their dirty bbq grill, 300.00 to bring your own liquor. Very limited breakfast menu. The beach area is excellent for children, surprisingly its free. Will I come back, I don't think so.”

”I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard...

”Staff was friendly and excellent. The only complaint for the room was that there were several roaches on the walls, bed headboard and on the floor. Breakfast was good.”

”The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

”The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.”

”I booked on standard room and a deluxe room. The deluxe was not available. No refund. Pool was dirty, the other pool was empty. Plase was rosting away. No pickup from airport was organized; lack of staff. They had 2 vans for the task. Servise was below all any standards. The nampe promised a lot, but the hotel and the service was poor. ”

”Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.”
