Hotel Casa Finca La MaracuyaRiohacha
8.4 kautta 10, Erittäin hyvä, (16 arvostelua)
”I will give this hotel a 2 star rating because of the following:

The bathrooms look clean but the...

”This is no review of Ayenda Jimatta. Having booked and got confirmation from hotels.com, on arrival there was no booking registered, hotel was full so no room available. According to them, they are not on the hotels.com platform. Probably a nice place, but very frustrating to experience the above after a long travel. So - hotels.com - improve your service or lose customers!”

”Upon arriving at the Perla del sur property, no one was there to check us in. All doors were locked, waited over an hour for someone to show up and no one did. The phones listed were disconnected or not answered. Texts were ignored
The property refused to refund the payment made upfront. If you offer a service and get paid for it, yet don’t provide it that’s considered fraud/scam.
Avoid such businesses, especially when you’re traveling from abroad/long distance to find yourself having to find...
