”As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. ”We had an unplanned doctor visit in the morning of our check-in day that delayed everything planned in our day. I received a call from Angela around 6 pm saying that we were late for our check in and she'd leave notes for us. She reminded me that there is a roughly 100 meters of upheel walk and stairs. He was delightful and when the electricity went off in the building, he arrived in less than 10 minutes and took care of it (was an issue in the town, not this place). ”All worked well from check-in to check-out. Easy communication with Paola, apartment looked like the pictures and was located in a good spot in Riomaggiore (a bit walk to uphill though, but you cannot avoid that). Parking a huge plus. Wifi worked well, as well as airconditioning, which was a must during our stay in July. Only small minus was that the washing machine was still out of use. Warmly recommended!”
