”My active duty 20-year-old son is old enough to die for his country but apparently not old enough to check into this hotel. They wouldn’t even give us a refund. Expedia also was not helpful and refused to give a refund. He didn’t stay in the hotel, but they charged us for the night. The staff was extremely rude. His car broke down and I made the reservation for him. He was coming home to visit me on leave. They wouldn’t let him check in for the night and he was left trying to scramble to find...

”The beds were dirty - hair on the pillows and fake eyelashes in one bed. Trash cans outside were overflowing during our three days there. Towels were dirty. No amenities in the bathroom - no hair dryer. No mirrors other than in the bathroom. Only some outlets worked. Front staff was not helpful at all. They seemed very put out when I asked for something. Pillows were super thin. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. I’m not sure how it was rated an 8.4! I give it zero stars.”
